Realistically, would it be that easy to organise a piss up in a brewery? I imagine most have fairly strict health & safety rules that stop people from drinking on site. They may have a pub there but then you'd be organising a piss up in a pub.

The list of places that would be easier to organise a piss up in would be fairly extensive. Pubs, hotels, your house, the park...

I went to the Heineken brewery in Amsterdam and can confirm it is infact very easy to arrange a piss up in a brewery
