Had a few in it yrs ago as the Trader, thought it was Auld Triangle now but it has had a few names.

Looking at the size of the pub and the land it's on I really can't imagine how many actual car parking spaces you
could actually get in there? The Supermarket obviously thinks it's worth it

Its an absolute shithole dodgy pub that was always empty aside for 4 or 5 blotchy faced old men who had been there all day and a mom with 6 pushchairs with 6 of the ugliest different coloured kids jumping out running around on the biggest ever sugar high.

Twice ive been in there and twice ive chatted to guys in there who show me they carry a knife around for protection if anyone fights them.

Much better pubs around.

I was in there on Sunday afternoon/night, and it was as mental as ever.

Going to miss that place. But I bet the other local boozers are on Red alert :D

The original red lion used to be a nice pub, with a bowling green at the back.

This one now is so drab and i cant remember the last time i been in there. I thought morrisons was going to make it a costa coffee place?

The original Red Lion was proper Blues but this place is a dump. You could stand outside and smoke the weed for free.

A small bar at the front and a ever smaller bar in the back of it. Cracking little boozer at the time. Wonder that happened to the red lion above the front door. Remember mucking about on the old bomb pek besides it as a kid.

Had some fun in the trader when they first built it,that pool table in the bar caused so many fights with all sorts of weapons. Not as good as the dolphin but a fair pub all the same.

Scoobs; can you change the thread title to "Crap pub being knocked down and nobody really cares which is a bit of a shame because the barmaid's gone out and bought new boots and everything" please?

Crosby Hall i think it was called, adjacent to the old bomb pek.
