How long do these things take to get in place?

Chap who is said to be interested in buying is someone called Parminder Basran.

Has involvement with 16 companies. One, which he runs with Mrs B, has turnover of a third of a million, and accounts overdue by half a year.

Another three are newcos that haven't filed anything.

Another two nearly got struck from the Register because of a lack of activity.

And the others are all small companies with minimal turnover.

Doesn't seem to be of much substance.
