Most are happy with the 3 wins.
Lots are just realising that we’re actually a decent team, way better than we showed for 5 months

Rome wasn't built in a day.

Did you expect us to have a couple of training sessions and turn into Barca?

Pep was told we would bring a striker in and we couldn't get one over the line hence panic bid for Gayle.

He was working with what we had. We finally have a mobile stiker and start winning.

Barnsley is a game we would of lost in previous years but we played poor in poor conditions and ground out the result

It's ironic ......our performances during the recent run have been scrappy and dogged, nothing too attractive and lots of head tennis but results have been very good.....yet you think we are now showing good form .
Blimey !!
Credit, patience and stay behind them

2nd half at Forest and Bristol City for 75 minutes was the best run of consecutive minutes playing well all season. Last night was solid. I haven't got excited by the unbeaten run, and we aren't showing the firm that I feel we should with the players available. We've been better though since the players decided amongst themselves that we needed to change things.
It's clear they are craving a leader. People are using the run to laud Pep. Just to be clear I'm not. Over the course of the season all recent form shows is how underperforming we were. No settled side I'd plan didn't help though. Which is what myself and others, ironically were saying

No, if we want to try and go up next season, we'll need a better manager.

Just like Camp hasn't suddenly turned into Ederson overnight.

The idiotic thing was to try and play like Bar a. With the new signings we were always going to be better on the ball. We already had a mobile striker or options to play that way. Pep or Dong decided against 442 and to change systems and style continuously, blaming fans for moaning about it, is strange

The thing you aren't understanding is no manager in their right mind is going to come and work under the owners

So we can either get behind Pep and hope the combination of his coaching and the players leadership come good.

OR go back to drawing board get in another yes man potentially upset the team spirit and set ourselves back another couple of seasons

Redknapp came. Monk came. Others would. Money talks.

We're a decent sized club from a big city in one of the biggest leagues in Europe, the money is good and the squad is decent. Loads of good mangers would want it.

Yeah but it has got considerably worse since then.

The points deduction was after Harry and Monk came.

Then sacking monk and the whole bust up with the agent.

It is more widely known in the football world about them now than it was.

Any manager worth their salt will have a few offers on the table.

Probably similar wages similar positioned clubs.

Our owners handling all transfers and wanting to pick the team may sway them just a bit

why would it upset team spirit, more than the players deciding they know better than the manager

Potenitally the key word.

This is the board that appointed Zola and Steve Cotterill btw

And easily replaced them. Some would still be happy with Wurzel here, telling people to be patient
