Shaun of BrumFoster was 11/10 that day. By 70 minutes Drogba knew he wasn’t scoring. 42 quid in the Tilton that game as well. 13 years back, just to put Saturdays prices in perspectiveBernard SunBirmingham City 1-0 Chelsea

Really strong Chelsea team that was as well. Top of the league at the time.
What a performance from Foster. Incredible to witness.
League Cup winners,
FA Cup quarter finalists
That side should have finished top ten comfortably but here we are still trying to recover from that relegation.
Wouldnt change the cup win for anything mind

Arsenal 2003 was £38 in row A of the Kop next to the away fans. I only sat there because I’d already agreed to lend someone my season ticket as originally I couldn’t make the game, but thought at the time who’d pay £38 for a ticket like that?
StechyBlueMy Blue Heaven15 minutes from the ground and you’d rather play pool. Shameful
Yeah wtf is that all about
Might be something to do with the fact I never had a ticket.
Could have changed that fairly easily by buying one.

Well done
It's a mad excuse.
I couldn't go to that game (that wasn't sold out) because I didn't have a ticket.
I didn't have a ticket for Sunderland the other week until I bought one.

Yeah but I didnt. Because I didnt want to at the time.
If I did, I would have.
Next.
Brilliant game.
I was sat in my old season ticket seat in block 13 of the tilton.
Was this the fane we sang “ you’ve got malaria” at Drogba and he just shrugged at the Tilton?
Should take the blue out of your name, terrible fan

I still wince at the Fulham league game performance after the cup win.
danielbcfcNot really..I remember the first game back at home after the cup win was Baggies.26K.I'm sure there's an excuse as to why it was so low.
I thought it was a decent squad when everyone was fit (though not top half for me) but in those latter months it wasn’t great
The Fulham game we had a strike force of Derbyshire and a 35 year old Phillips, we had a 35 year old Bowyer on the left wing, Parnaby at left back, Gardner, and Johnson were steady but not exceptional for the league.
I think he had us punching above our weight with the players we had for the most part, though we still shouldn’t have gone down. Saying that, 40 points would have you in mid table these days.

39% possession - there'd be RAGING on the match thread nowadays
