Even if Mu had qualified think she’d struggle to beat Keeley on this form. Keeley really should get gold but Mary Moraa has a massive kick so I think Hodgkinson will try and break her early by going out fast.

I hope KH can do it this time as she’s lost out in some great battles. She’s been in fantastic form this year. The 17 year old running might well make the final, it’s a bit like when Steve Cram made his first final. She’s going to be amazing. For me the Olympics don’t really take off until track and field starts.
