Over 60 returns from the Platty Plus Cartel after collection requests from the club.

Seems it was rife after all. Interesting.

I'll be collecting mine on Sunday.
It's saved me £2 postage. I thought I had been selected to collect as soon as there wasn't a postage charge on my ticket.
I'd happily collect on the day every week and save on the post

Where have you seen this?

Games like this are one’s which surprise me, surely a non-league team away at a ground we have never played at before and are unlikely to play at again are the exact reason one would protect their status?

If it was for, say, Reading away I would not be surprised in the slightest.

I don’t think anyone was charged postage this time round,

I’m going on my own and got selected which quashed my theory they were targeting groups, unless they got through them all in the last 2 games

Yokoyama told him at the meet and greet

We'll get loads of tickets for Reading.
Their biggest crowd has been 14,000. Even if they don't give us the whole end it should be 3-4,000 tickets.

So 40% of those asked to collect?

Sounds very high.

Obviously tickets were sold to Plat Plus, Plat, Boxholders, corporate and Clubclass all at the same time.

I never paid attention and noticed when the tickets sold out, did they reach Gold?

Anyway, any evidence it was Platinum Plus "Cartel Members" that returned all the tickets? Or is it just your normal obsession of blaming them for the fact that Aamir doesn't give you tickets anymore?

🤔

Bloody hell Spike, I'm going to need a tetanus injection after that.
14:12, Thu 31 Oct
Nearly 40% of the 150 odd they asked? That's mad
Happy Clapper

My point was that Reading is a ground which the vast majority of gold, platinum and platinum plus would have seen Blues play at. So less of an incentive to go again and an easy one to ‘shift’, if so desired.

No Blues fan has ever seen Blues play at Sutton and is unlikely to for a while at least. Therefore, as a gold, platinum or platinum plus member, surely this isn’t one you would give up just to keep your status?

early ko on a sunday though, bit of downer for the platty party bus brigade

probably rather spend all day in the local watching it on tv

It’s capped at about 2300 now. Away fans are in the other side from where we used to be.
There version of ultras are now in the old away end to left as you look at the goal and the new away is to the right.
They sell season tickets in the left side so no chance of getting more.

based on what derby and the biggest clubs got last season...

Exeter 1337
Shrewsbury 1600
Barnsley 3941
Crawley 1345
Stockport 1400
Wigan 3000
Wrexham 1217
Huddersfield 2300
P'Boro 1800
Reading 2986
Bolton 5153
Northampton 1400
Stevenage 1392
Bristol Rovers 1348
Blackpool 2135
Burton League 1484
Cambridge 1473

shame some of the smallest away ends come late in the season
