RingRTC1000 around £39 on eBay ,I bought one a couple of weeks ago and used it yesterday on my missus's car , best one I've ever used .

It depends what size tyre you're trying to inflate. Some of those small things will burn out before you've inflated a 4x4 tyre, for example.

Had it for a few years and it's had lots of use as my Alloy wheels seem to be porous! Been great and will go to high pressure but it is a little slow.
