Gonna be bizarre for me going into a cup final at wembley where we're the red hot favourites
Must have spent an hour of my life trying to find info on this trophy over recent months, even google rarely seems to know the answer.
Not keen on a random draw and one off home tie advantage for the semi, surely must be a way of prioritising the home side, do the draw then give the home tie to the team who has scored most goals throughout the competition.
Oh wicked. Bradford at home would be nice. The Brandon Khela derby.
Happy for Wrexham getting a bit of fixture congestion.
Blues v Wrexham final
Would love to beat those in the final
We play next Tuesday against Cambridge so good that they will probably have to play Bolton next midweek in the trophy.
Saying that they are way behind us and have far more away than home games to play and a win against Cambridge will make the gap huge.

Blues vs Wrexham final is the one the TV stations will all be hoping for.
We'd batter them on the big wide Wembley pitch. We just need to get there.
cjm1908Is it no longer split north/south?
Assumed we would get winner of Peterborough v Cheltenham.
The North/South divide ends at the quarter final .We can draw any of the other three in the semi final.
StechyBlueCopied straight from the efl handbook book, which is largely as clear as mud.Semi Finals.
(a)
The four winners from the quarter-finals will contest the semi-finals.
(c)
The Club drawn first is the Home Club.
(d)
Matches will be played by way of only one leg and be of ninety minutes duration with no extra time. If the scores are level at the end of the Match then the winners shall be determined by the taking of kicks from the penalty mark in accordance with procedures as approved by IFAB.
Thems the rules and id guess the first Tuesday of international break.
Who wrote that? King charls 2nd ?
Very matter of fact lol.
Taking of kicks from ones spotith of this here penalty.
Like what does
mean? Some of the games are seeded, some not?(b)
Some finalisitings are determined by means of an unseeded draw
My draw preference out of the 6 options
Home
1.Petrborough/ Chelt
2.Bradford
3.Wrex/Bolton
Away
4.Petrborough/ Chelt
5.Bradford
6.Wrex/Bolton
It means us and Wrexham can be kept apart until the final for the sponsors.

It should read:
"(b) Semi-final pairings are determined by means of an unseeded draw with no regionalisation."

I think it 's meant to read 'semi finalists', not 'some finalistings' are determined by the means of an unseeded draw ( so nobody is seeded ) .
In the last 32/16/8 the teams remained in a north/south divide .So we could only draw teams in the southern section .
That ends in the semi finals all four teams go in the hat .So we can draw Wrexham/Bolton or Bradford in the next round.
The organisers will stick ours and Wrexhams ( if they beat Bolton) balls in the fire before the draw ( sounds painful). So however makes the draw knows which ones they are .
ha oops my phone must've auto corrected when I pasted it, sorry efl.
