As we know all too well from last season, the manager is arguably the most important signing you can make.
CD is not perfect, but the job he has done is spectacular turning this squad around. He's transformed the style of play, and we've bought players accordingly.
Any change of manager would bring with it a whole bunch of disruption, players would have to learn a new playing style, and it might impact the transfer window (which we've likely spent months planning for).
