If worst of worst he did go then top 3 choices would be

Wilder
Uncle Tony
Alex neil

Jesus Christ

Not available for the Easter fixtures - I'm out

Arf. Proof you can still finish nicely with an open goal.

I like davies I really do and he's done fantastic this season and look forward to him managing us in the championship next season my only criticism of him is i think he overplays football sometimes when you should be just getting it in the box sometimes...

To be fair we have been guilty of not getting it in the box when we can.

Love the bastard but Laird got right on my tits Sunday, couple of times he beat his man and had room for an early cross and instead cut back and tried to beat him again.
Tell you what that crack is really moreish.

Got on Davies’ tits too. He was raging at Laird from the side, hence dragging him off

Taking Laird off was a barmy decision, only one who provided any sort of danger

Chris Davis is easily the best blues manager ever.

Let's wait until he has managed us at a level above pub league shall we.
The cold never bothered me anyway

At the time it made absolutely no sense, especially to bring on TGH for him who plays much better in midfield areas

All that being said I love Davies

I think he was making a point.

Don't do as you're expected and you don't play.

They should all know that by now.
There's too much opinion and not enough fact.

As we know all too well from last season, the manager is arguably the most important signing you can make.

CD is not perfect, but the job he has done is spectacular turning this squad around. He's transformed the style of play, and we've bought players accordingly.

Any change of manager would bring with it a whole bunch of disruption, players would have to learn a new playing style, and it might impact the transfer window (which we've likely spent months planning for).

I want consistency, I want stability. I wouldn't let Davies go unless we absolutely had no choice, or got silly, silly money

I dont think he would go to up/down team, even a Southampton, due to promised project and resources he can expect, but if unexpected happened, I'm sure the way we are run now, they would have a continuity plan in place so a similar ilk of manager would be recruited.

The ginger scot that turned into a turncoat.

Its a good shout considering he won the Carling cup but he went on to get us relegated.

There are 92 football league clubs and 210 other countries that have their own football leagues.

So go anywhere but not the club down the road. He also kept them up.

So its a no from me.
