I remember vilers saying the younger brother of Craig was going to be the future of the England midfield!

Think he'd be an ideal candidate for a coach vacancy at the club.

He has never and will never be proper Blues. Should not have been signed and should never be welcomed back.

There is a 0% chance of that happening right now

I'm not sure why so many are obsessed with hiring former players. It rarely works.

Yeah, I'd be staggered.

Drain the bastard swamp. He can start digging up Wheels Park. That’s it. Although eff that. He’d just keep going round in circles throwing soil over his shoulder.

Why?

100% this

Why does think GG would be great for a coaching role? What do they know about his tactical awareness, communication skills etc?

Just a lazy cliche

Like when people said Juke can coach the kids….based on what

He isn’t interested in coaching I am told. He is more interest in recruitment and the business side of football.

It's easy to understand why. I've always felt that both Milan clubs have lacked the kind of player that can blindly hook a ball over their own shoulder into a totally vacant area of the pitch.

It's still the same now.
11:08, Fri 9 May
Mad isn’t it that you knew he was going to do that hook over the shoulder every single time the ball came to him

He must’ve been so easy to play against. Possibly the most predictable player I’ve ever watched

Granted i'm not in recruitment and don't know the full credentials required for a coaching position bar the obvious, think that could work in his favour:

He's familiar with the club and area so gets what it takes to make the next step
Has european club experience in the NextGen series
Has international experience having played for the England U21s

I think the above are good factors provided he has the relevant qualifications.

I'm currently overlloking any DVB stuff with recruitment as our the current assistant is a pure DVB but is very good at hs job.

Nothing has been more predictable than watching Ruddy boot the ball out of play everytime he kicked it more than 10 yards
