Far too much white on the Penguin IMO. It's just a bit shit.

The penguin has a uniqueness about it and is completely exclusive to Blues.

Off the top of my head PSG, Ajax, and Crystal Palace all regularly have 'penguin' kit designs. It's not unique to Blues at all.

No not in blue and white.

Like it or not it’s our most used kit and a massive part of our history.
To me it carries our identity like the stripes of Newcastle or the hoops of Celtic.

We’ve had it twice in memory in the last 30 years or so. It’s crap.

The majority of a fans less than 60 years old won’t really be familiar with it

I'm not a big fan but a blue and white penguin is definitely synonymous with our history and is our most well known kit. It would be logical to use it for a celebratory year.

Just don't make the white bit too wide and it's ok and it has to be with blue shorts and socks.

I think a Penguin with a gold Undefeated logo and a gold Blues badge would look really good.

I don't know what it is but I think white shorts are the dogs knackers.
A quick count of the historical site and there are 70 with white shorts and 13 with a different colour, so it makes(to me) no sense people saying "we're blues".
No to the Rangers type badge.
Liverpool though always had white shorts until the move to kit minimalism in the early sixties. So at 150 years we could start a new tradition. All blue is surprisingly rare at the top level.

We’ve used it 8 times.

Since I've been alive (I'm practically middle aged now), we've had 3 really shit attempts at it. An Auto Windscreens one, F&C, and Nicolites sponsored ones. All of them dogshit.

If they must do it I hope the white stripe is narrow and the Undefeated logo is a colour which offsets. Black preferably but maybe gold seeing as the club's branding ahs been going that way for a few months.

Never been a fan of the penguin attempts, they have all ended up looking cheap instead of retro/vintage.

The blue and gold thing worries me. Get it wrong and it could look close to the Worcester warriors kits of old, and they are relaunching this summer too….

I hope it’s just a gold detail on a more classic kit.

If we’re going to do something traditional to mark 150, I’d leave the home kit alone and stick out a limited edition 3rd kit in the yellow, red, black style.

Marks the milestone without forcing something ugly on the masses.

In the last 30 years?

It’s been so memorable and unique to blues I can only remember the effort Jesse lingard wore and Martin o Connor

Oh sorry and James McFadden

It’s a grim shirt

It’s a great shirt bu all about opinions I suppose.
