Strange that vehicles have to give them 1.5m or 5' (in English) space when overtaking but it's ok for them to undertake within a few inches.

Ride two abreast, in a line of 10+.

Take no notice of red lights and people on zebra crossings.

Spit and also snort out their nose. The dirty bastards.

Look like pr1cks in their super cool shades.

Have I missed anything?

Yes. You've missed the fact that this is a football forum and not a fringe meeting at the Reform Party conference for the mentally unhinged to peddle (sorry) a load of uninformed wibble about cyclists prior to getting in their cars to endanger everybody else's safety by driving over the speed limit, whilst hogging the middle lane, throwing rubbish out of their windows, using their phone constantly and ignoring the Highway Code as they deem fit, prior to parking illegally on double yellows / at a junction / school crossing / blocking a pavement because "there's nowhere else to park" and "I'm only gonna be 10 minutes".

All to be done whilst looking like pr1cks in their super cool shades.

You like cyclists and hate cars I presume? Look, you can't go shopping or go to the tip on a push bike. They're just a nuisance to everyone.

I do both;the twice-weekly family shop and visits to the tip on my bike

One of em overtook me a couple of years ago, I was indicating to turn right and I didn’t look in my right mirror because that’s the wrong side of the road! But that’s where the cyclist came from! He announced he’d got it all on camera, and so I said to him that it would be apparent that I was indicating and he was on the wrong side of the road. Of course, he shat himself and I never heard anything.

I once got hit by a driver in turning left having just overtaken me. I don’t bleat about it though. It’s almost like some bad things happen. Whatever way you cut it though it’s car drivers who are going to be safer from the mistakes virtually 100% of the time.

In case you hadn't noticed, the consensus on here (and most right-thinking places) is that cyclists are generally much less annoying than angry car drivers. The great thing about SHA vs soshul meeja in general is that this kind of debate gets responses from a broad range of people rather than people who think just like you (or me). As such, the consensus tends to be pretty decent.

Do you think a cyclist is equivalent to a car?
You have some really messed up priorities.

Road rage is for absolute goons
I cycled along Blossomfield Rd the other week into Solihull. Im not ever going to use the madcap dangerous cycle lane that the twits on the Council devised so always just pootle along the left hand lane hindering nobody.

3 different motorists thought it was appropriate to whine down windows and hurl abuse.

Blimey, I never knew all car drivers were like that!
I'd love to see how engorged with rage you get over 20mph speed limits, despite them being proven to be safer for everyone...
The cold never bothered me anyway
A safe cycle lane that's safe to cycle on being as it's a designated cycle path but you chose not to use it and to 'pootle along' in your own words on a main road and you wonder why car drivers honk their horn at you?

Give yourself a medal.

You're good at being wrong aren't you?

I neither like cyclists nor hate drivers/cars because I'm smart enough not to feel the need to decide who I like / dislike based on (checks notes) their mode of transport at any given moment.

As with all things there are good and bad cyclists and good and bad drivers. I will admit I do think selfish driving is a way bigger issue than selfish cyclists though.

Fwiw I cycle and I drive. I try not to drive if it's less than 2 miles - partly to keep fit, partly cos it's just as quick usually and partly cos it's doing my bit for the environment. You should try it. It might help you to stop being so bigoted.
