Mystery solved
HCB is Ronnie Pickering
Not so much cyclists, but the food delivery blokes we have over here all ride those bloody electric bikes and they have no regard for traffic, pedestrians or highway rules.

Pedant alert....these aren't electric bikes they are using. They have motors fitted and you won't see them doing much pedalling. My e-bike is limited to around 15mph with electric assistance

Yes these are the things I'm talking about mostly but there are a lot of the ebikers too.
Herefordshire Cider BoozerStrange that vehicles have to give them 1.5m or 5' (in English) space when overtaking but it's ok for them to undertake within a few inches.
Ride two abreast, in a line of 10+.
Take no notice of red lights and people on zebra crossings.
Spit and also snort out their nose. The dirty bastards.
Look like pr1cks in their super cool shades.
Have I missed anything?
Sometimes it can be mildly frustrating trying to over take a group of cyclists on a winding road or a hill particularly if they are riding two abreast but that's about as far as it goes.
Most drivers are utter picks to be honest. Think they are invincible in their thin metal box on wheels, don't give a shit about anyone else particularly if you're not in a metal box.
Personally I hate people that refuse to use the much better metric system of measurement.

One of em overtook me a couple of years ago, I was indicating to turn right and I didn’t look in my right mirror because that’s the wrong side of the road! But that’s where the cyclist came from! He announced he’d got it all on camera, and so I said to him that it would be apparent that I was indicating and he was on the wrong side of the road. Of course, he shat himself and I never heard anything.
newblueMust be a good 2 months since we had old people complaining about cyclists. Silly old sod.
If he had talked about all these huge souped up bikes zooming about the place and what is the world coming too might have had a point.
I was wondering where the summer cyclist whine was. Does he know that they are told to ride 2 abreast for safety? annoying as it can be, they cost you a few seconds of your time, whilst they are totally vulnerable v cars and lorries. There are some right moaning feckers about, can we have a thread about them??
There's a definite whiff of 'SDE' as Greta would say...

Common misunderstanding that is. They are Suron type bikes and mostly don't have pedals and have a throttle like a motorbike, unrestricted and properly dangerous, capable of upwards of 50mph. As you say, proper e-bikes are just pedal assisted up to 15 mph.

You've got me there, a google got me 'Software Design Engineer' 😁
Motorists with attitudes like you should go out on a bike for a day and observe the standard of vehicle drivers that have no respect for cyclists, pedestrians, horse riders etc. . You would have a different perspective at the end of the day.
I mountain bike in the local forest, I ride up there, mostly canal then through town but last leg home probably a 1/4 mile on the road. That's by far the most dangerous part of the ride. Impatient fannys who skim the bar end with their mirrors because they can't wait 5 seconds for the car coming the opposite way. Most are good tbf and give me room, but then there is always a dickhead in a 'hot hatch' who doesn't give a feck. Give me rocks and trees anyday.
I wouldn't ride a road bike if you paid me (plus, in lycra, I look like a burst sausage).
Small dick energy
Not sure I’d be quoting Greta though, the little grifter

Its not really that strange, if you give it an ounce of thought
Quite. It’s essentially an admission of imbecility to think this.
The best explanation I’ve seen is to imagine the damage you would cause by slamming a brick down on your hand, and then compare it to the impact of slapping your hand down on a brick. It’s doubly idiotic because this sort of driver seems more bothered about damage to the brick.
