I mean, can you imagine? Christ alive it'd be soul destroying.
There would be a big premium for sitting below the point at which you need survival gear and oxygen masks.
If you need 0.5m height gap between seats it would be 31,0001 m tall ((I'm allowing a metre extra for the first row)
So 19.375 miles plus toilets, bars, hospitality, oxygen bars, survival gear shops, lift platforms and segregation of the away fans.
142 mikes would allow room for expansion.
You wouldn't want to forget which row you are in.
An arch design would work better, one seat at each end of the ground. It would only need to be half the height and you could have all the toilets and bars at the top.
Make it like a Ferris wheel so you get on at the bottom and gradually move round during the game.
number8Please God no, why would you ask us? Just get a professional to design and build it, the fans will just make the process a million times worse.
I'd imagine the questions will be very carefully thought through, to make sure they only get answers they are happy with. Like if they should have hot water in all the stands etc.
That or invite a very small select group they known aren't idiots to rubber stamp the design we are getting.
Somebody do the maths on how high the stadium would be for 62k single file seats.
Where would the away fans be?
What's the elevation gain between the seat back of one row and the seat back on the one behind? a foot and a half-ish maybe?
62,000 rows would be 17.5 miles high in that case, or a shade over 3 times as tall as Everest 😂
You was under the wrong impression.
Fairy muff, not the first time!
Shame though, I’ll go back to being frustrated - bloody owners taking their time to perfect and present their £3bn transformation of our club, how dare they.

You could have 2 or 3 designs to choose from.

That still seems a bit risky. Unless they do Mad's designs up in claret and blue, to be on the safe side.
Chicago fire fc are building a new stadium. I would love for us to build something similar to what they’re building.

Ironically, Row NN would only be 117m up.

Yes .... fans' viewpoints should be generic
plenty of room for disable supporters
quiet rooms for people/children with sensory problems
drinks already poured at half-time
vending machines that pour your beer
all fit women to be sat near Thongs
screens to be viewable from all parts of the ground
fans as close to the action as possible (ie steep banking of seats)
seperate fan park for away fans
that sort of thing

Just a story/example ....
Many many many many years ago when i was first working in Construction it was on large contracts replacing doors and windows to entire council estates.
We did a project for Gloucester CC where they went round and offered each resident a choice of 6 colours, each with a choice of 4 types of handle/letter box, each with a choice of the number of windows and shape (arch oval circular, square etc.... so there were endless combinations and when it came to fitting day you got endless moans and whinges ... "i know i said yellow but i thought it would be a different yellow" ... "now i've seen the window i actually prefer the type her at no.36 has had" .... no-one was entirely happy.
A year later i worked on a similar project for Cannock CC ... they told all the residents "great news, you're all having new doors .... they will be white with an arched window, with silver handles and letter boxes" ... not one complaint

Spot on. It will be things like this. I have seen and heard people expecting to be given a vote to choose from a selection of Board approved stadium designs. That sort of thing will not be happening.

Then, surprise surprise, people are delusional.
If people moan about the overall design/look of the place then Knighthead should say ...
"okay, thanks Ben from Redditch, we're sorry you don't like the overall aethestic of the Stadium we are building for you. We respect that and would like to point out that you also have the option to feck off and buy your own land and build your own stadium you ungrateful tw@t"
