They can’t deal with niche mate

Relocation window is always before new sales to allow the loyal fans to pick the better seats which is fair

Appreciate there’s individual requirements

A bit of a shambles. I phoned at 9.45 in the hope of getting in the queue early and couldn't connect. I then phoned at 9.55 and was 64th in the queue. Waited 15 minutes and dropped to 62 in the queue. Have left details for a call back but not hopeful.
Surely there has got to be a better system than this.

If they say they go on for relocation at 10 am then the lines should open at 10 am. to join the queue, not some random time before that. I couldn't join the queue at 9.45 but I did at 9.55, so at some unknown time between 9.45 and 9.55 you could join the queue. Last years system was better, register to get a call back in advance.

Absolutely. I appreciate nobody is ranting about it, merely commenting, but I can’t see how you’d do it any other way?

As an existing STH, I’d expect the opportunity to move my seat ahead of a current.non-STH.

The number of people wanting to do the above would vastly outweigh those wanting to do what H does.

Ultimately, all they’re doing is trying to recognise historic support in much the same way as away ticket sales work.

Why did you go on at 945 and 955 if you think it should be 10? Or did you mean it's a shambles because you didn't get served first?

Not being able to relocate online in 2025 is pretty shambolic TBF.
My Walsall mate has just told me they've been able to do it online for years.
