I've just been told that there seems to be some movement towards this as there's been an alert from the HKSE.
Mayor, are you able to elaborate?

Also, what was the sell on for Jobe?
There was a release today but not directly relevant to the club, just a bit of movement on share ownership for ZO Futures as had been planned. Looks like Vong Pech has increased his shareholding from a quick scan.
Might be wrong.
There's regularly alerts and stuff going on but I can't see that what's happened today is anything to do with Shelby and the purchase of the additional shares. Just looks like some new shares issued and a small change in who owns what of ZO Group. This change has been going on for months.

I’m guessing there will already be a date somewhere in the contract of the loan facility that Knighthead extended to them that will convert to shares and the full take over is then complete.
Pretty sure from what Dan said it’s an airtight contract.
The loan can be called in by Knighthead after November this year, so assume the rest of the shares will be transferred in a debt for equity swap after November.
i'm still signed up to the alerts and it looked like last week or recently they had diversified or were in the process of doing so with lots of new business names involved ...dunno if thats actually the case
From what I heard. KH are pulling out and the sports quarter is being built for villa

Yeah still get the alerts too, not seen anything recently in the way of diversification, just a new share issue and thus a change in the shareholder structure of the company
Thankfully we don't really have to worry about it anymore, it's nice, at some point the loan will be swapped for equity and we can say goodbye forever

No there ain’t.

Nope; they have had lots of other businesses for some time but none of them make any money. Or really do much.
