Sounds like one of those pesky strikers who just score goals and dont do too much else..,.

Plays on the last man and is heavily dependent on service. He won't create much himself, won't beat 3 men and put it in the net, but if you can get the ball to him in the box, or play through balls that leave him through on goal, he'll score more often than not. He'll go through 90 mins and touch the ball 3 times, but there's a decent chance he'll get a hat-trick if those 3 touches are in the box.

Probably our best striker since Larsson, but you basically need to build the team entirely around his style

Ange did that, and he was class. Rodgers didn’t and he was mostly average.

Early balls over the top, or defence splitting passes to the wide areas, to then square it/cut it back to him. If you don’t do that regularly he won’t be effective.

Think we'd find him for than useful

My Celtic supporting golf mate says he’s ‘the best forward Celtic have had since Henrik Larsson 7’.

Eww golf

It’s the best alternative when you’re too old to run round a football pitch anymore!

Errr no it isn't, that'd be walking football. I can't think of any other 'sport' that could be much further away from football, tbh. Not knocking it, it's hugely popular I know, but football it ain't.

Football and golf are not mutually exclusive, just saying.

Good summary above

Watched a lot of Celtic when he was there and he will be if a great signing if the injury can be managed.

Do we think it's possible we'll get this done before Monday?

Not usually one to be impatient but I'd like to see Kyogo strutting his bastard stuff in Portugal next week.

Good article that. Movement exceptional from when I remember watching him

Yeh I never get that comment either. A bit like saying a keeper only keeps clean sheets, and doesn’t do much else.

Oh i'd looooooooooooove to be wrong .... and we may beat them in the first game .... but over the season i think they'll top the league.

At the same time i'm incredibly optimistic that we will mount a decent promotion challenge

I agree, this still looks a much stronger Ipswich squad compared to the one last promoted with 96 points
