Ricky Sbragia at the Tilton End. His only ever goal for us as he put us 1-0 up shortly after half time against Manchester City in April 1978.
We lost 1-4.
Same one for me. And A_n_E. We weren’t there together though. Block D Main Stand.
Kevin Bond for Man City on New Years day 1983
Finished 2-2 with Mick Ferguson scoring both for Blues
Been through the thread and no one else has mentioned the game in question…
For me, Francis in the 1-4 home defeat to Luton Town, April 1975. We were already 2 or 3 down by the time Trev bagged the consolation, so there was an ironic cheer at most. Luton were either already relegated or went down in any case that season. A real hangover after the FA Cup semi? Think Burns got one of their players sent off at the end, but only a vague memory of that.

I think that was Luton's only away win in the league that year. Should have realised what was in store for me that day.
Boxing Day 1984. Pretty sure it was Dave Geddis. Later that season we signed Andy Kennedy.
Joe Gallagher, beating Mau Utd 1-0 in March 1974
The ArtistSure it was a Saturday, can't see my first game being midweek
It was deff a Saturday
Same as mine. Didn't Leeds score first though?
I also need to read the thread title properly - I thought it was the first ever Blues goal you saw.
I've not a clue then at all.

Probably Ferguson's best ever game for Blues. Do you remember the first to make it 1-1? Outrageous shot from long-distance, memory tells me it was from just past the semi-circle but I might be wrong. Either way I remember Joe Corrigan casually walking across the goal line expecting it to fly over but dipped at the last.
My first was Trev bagging the only goal of the game vs Villa in front of the Tilton around 1978 I think?
