I think you'll find there's an awful lot more than that been done already. Did no-one notice the number of buildings, scrap yeards, units etc that weren't there anymore when you compare that "view from the sky" video from the other day to Google maps 12 months ago ?

To be honest, no I hadn't. Either way, we are in exciting times.

Also someone on here once joked about using the canals to ferry passengers away after games. Is that just pie in the sky or will redevelopment of the canal that skirts the north-east side of the site be somehow included in the scheme?

There are too many locks and low bridges for the canal to be of much use.

I just got up that vid on one screen and google maps on the other, I can see one building has gone at the top of the plot, and it looks cleaner/less sandy, am I missing other stuff? I can't see any other buildings missing.

Yeah the land north of Cambabast on Venetia Road seems to have cleared out. Google Street View on Venetia Rd hasnt been updated since 2022. The Street View on Bordesley Green Road is from 2024 and can see a few empty plots (
City Glass Windscreen Replacement / First Aid Cars).

Think this is another new vid of the site.

yes ... and obviously the whole of Raleigh Road is now also dust since we bought all the land

... and also the massive site where the breakers was at the end of Raleigh Road was is also now flattened
