You should be ok then. Ozzy is doing a 29 minute set and Sabbath 35 minutes
What did the Knights in White satin?

At their peak, I’d have said Sabbath- but they are well past their ‘sell by’ date and they now lack credibility. This is just a final pay day for them.

Jeff Lynne can still put on a show, so he gets my vote now.

However, Bruce blows them both out of the water and he remains the best live act that I have ever seen

Both legends, both have made their mark.

Which gig would you rather be at this weekend?

ELO, I'd never step foot in that shit house if you paid me. And Butlers a DVB bellend.

Feck Black Sabbath

Can't say I'm a fan of either but BS have pulled loads of people from all over the world into the city this weekend. Great for the local economy

Sabbath, obvs. It’s the most important concert globally this millennium.

This millennium 😂

Name another one with this much global attention.

Kendrick at the Superbowl. More cultrally important than some scruffy, crusty DVBs on there last legs.

Think Tandy, may be a bit echo chambery on this.

It is a big deal for the niche of people who like this stuff. Globally that is a lot of people but its still pretty niche (and smelly).

Geoff Lynn is a highly talented musician songwriter producer.
Ozzy is a loon who got lucky, something likeable about him though.

Can't think think of a worse combination than heavy metal and villa park.
I dunno, several million tons falling on it from a great height would be OK by me.

Jeff Lynne was my brother-in-law so I have an affinity with him. However he did sell me that dodgy Mini and had my entire Perry Como LP collection as part of the deal. Black Sabbath once gatecrashed a Christening I went to in Chelmsley Wood. They made a right mess and ate most of the food. For that reason alone I'm going for Jeff Lynne.

Paul Heaton is class. That Scottish bird singing with him is good too
