If you are buying home cup tickets they are now digital only.

You do not get a print at home PDF. I don't know how it will work for POTD customers. If you turn up without a smart phone I presume you'll get a ticket.
I was able to get actual tickets for Forest for my parents this week, but I had to visit the club & they were slightly superior about it.
