As someone said a few weeks ago when this subject got brought up, it should be exclusive to people with client ref numbers only.

There are no “results”. Outliers and obvious windups are easily filtered out.

Given that the email was specifically addressed to me as a Blues season ticket holder, it is clear that it is intended for a Blues fan.
Only someone looking to be argumentative or deliberately obtuse could see it otherwise.

I think he was referring to that part of your post that said "...it should be exclusive to people with client ref numbers only."
In that case we should issue everyone (who completes the survey) with a client reference number.
I didn't have very much useful to say when filling in the form.
The club should welcome replies from everyone. If something is silly or just hostile they can ignore it.
