Yeah tbf our crowd were positive on Saturday and I think the Chris Davies song was sung loudly a minute or two in.

It was obviously helped by the fact that we started like a steam train but it wasn't representative of the toxicity and incessant wining on Social Media, it feels like some on there have made being ultimately proven right about Chris Davies their whole internet personality, to a point that they can't even enjoy the wins any more because it makes them look 'wrong', some of them have again gone completely into hiding post-match which is pretty sad for them when it was such a good weekend.

It's quite common to be fair a lot of people on social media don't like balance at all. People can't say they were wrong because it shows weakness or they've made it part of their personality online. I did have someone on the train after the Hull game say Davies should go. Been mentioned quite a few times on here people don't have patience they want immediate results when it doesn't work that

Social media hardly ever reflects the view at the game imo.
Who are these people who are in hiding?

I'd say starting like a steam train is a bad thing really.

Their acceleration is slow, they take ages to get going and generally huff and puff without getting far.

We started like a maglev, really.

Fair point, Ducksch is a bit like a steam train, a majestic one

I’ve seen it said that people go missing and have done since Saturday, and didn’t enjoy the win.
It just doesn’t tally with what I saw at the ground or in Digbeth after. I haven’t been on twitter as much lately, but just don’t know who you mean. Even on here, but I might just ignore them.

Like I've said I'm not going to name them on here, but I've not made it up, it is a very small minority and I get the impression they don't go very often

Not saying you’ve made it up, I just can’t genuinely think of any I take seriously.

Dunno if I'm one, but I've been on holiday for a week, so don't do much social media when I'm away.

I'm over the moon for CD to do well. If we're successful, then all is right in my world. If we are losing, then I'm probably too quick to get on his back, but that's probably just my personality.

What I will say is that we've now all seen how we can play, and CD seems to be learning, so lets hope standards don't slip.

I think there’s a few people who do get down on the team and manager very quickly, I don’t agree with it but mostly on SHA people can take criticism anyway (and it goes the other way to ‘happy clappers’) without being that bad. In my view anyway. Everyone wants us to do well I think, we have different ways of showing it 😁.

I find a few who have had a go at the owners - at this point anyway - rather strange in their views as we haven’t had this much to be pleased about with who they are and what they are doing in all my time supporting blues, which goes back to the early 60’s.

I'm self aware enough to know that I'm probably too bipolar in my views, and I never mean to offended anyone.

I don't think I've had a bad word about these owners, and my negativity towards CD has always been borne out of frustration of wanting us to be better. I think it's the pitfall of not having absolute charlatans in charge...expecting too much, too fast.

It’s probably the case we need impatience as much as we need patience. I think the owners will be pretty impatient though I’m sure they’re realists too.
