Beautiful play from Jay and Ducksch

Ducksch really is the missing piece and I tell you what I don’t know what has happened to Stansfield in the past two games but his all around game has been superb. Probably the best game and a half I have seen him have for us in terms of all around game. He seems to have developed the awareness of a number 10 from nowhere.

A bunch of them chucked out the ground as well, its going to be a great night.

Doyle in particular has been superb.

Yes, he's playing closer to the 2 centre halves (like Saturday) and they seem happy to feed it to him .....

we are playing at a higher tempo, moving it quicker and yet, at the same time, appearing more composed

The play for the second goal was lovely, we look a really good team, I’d love us to sign Roberts. Doyle is becoming a key player for me in the middle, always looking to build the attack. Great stuff Blues

Ducksch is an unbelievably clever player. He sees things most players in this league couldn't dream of.

It's no coincidence whatsoever that Stansfield looks renewed now that he's got Ducksch up top to play off of. Beautiful stuff.

Yeah the connection between the whole team has been good in the first half and was great against Portsmouth. Let's push on for the third! Also would love to sign Patrick Roberts and Tommy Doyle as well but don't think we have much movement in January

The need to put Iwata in at RB might end up being one of those pivotal moments in a season.

He performed well enough for CD to keep him there, which then gave Doyle time to cement his spot in the middle, and Duksch getting fit has been the icing on the cake.

I've been critical of CD, but long may this continue.
