I think Iwata playing right back is a happy accident that’s worked out well and that’s allowed Doyle his opportunity, initially alongside Leonard but now the Duck is fit we can play Doyle and Paik for n midfield.

But let’s not pretend it’s the same style he has been trying to use all season or last. I think this is what a lot of fans imagined the team would play like given our players quality.
A lot has been changed but again all credit to Davies who seemed to learn last year on the job and seems to have learned already this season, also being brave enough to make the changes and not just stick to what he knows which he has been accused of, by myself included.
