if you google Messi and Patrick Roberts, apparently Messi listed Roberts in a list of 9 players he thought we be dominating world football in the future back when he was at man city.
unsure how reliable the information.

Great little player, reminds me of Chris Burke, who was fantastic for us.

It is a bit scary that Roberts wasn't considered worth keeping in Sunderland's Premier league squad, and they had to start one from scratch. To me he looks fecking amazing.

If Sunderland stay up, which theyve every chance of doing, you'd think he be available in the summer

Hopefully we don't need to be the ones signing him.
He's a wonderful player to watch and great in this division but if the season goes well then we're going to need to be signing bigger, more physical players for next season.

Beat me to it - he's a cracking player, but prem? physically, prem players are beasts and fast as feck in his position - I don't think he's strong or quick enough for the prem, sorry for being a negative Nigel.

You're right though, it has to be the reason he's at Blues

That must by why Messi never played in the Prem then, I guess.
