A loan makes no sense, we either sell him to free up funds and a place or he stays and plays

Get rid, move on
I think we should look to move on for both parties but dismissing him in that way is unfair and harsh. Be better.

It’s also pretty poor and unprofessional from him if he’s refusing to play for a club who pays his wages.

How do you feel IF it's a case of him having a discussion with the manager because he wants to play more often, and especially not to be dropped if he's played well and we've won, ..... and then the manager reacting negatively to having his decisions questioned and refusing to play him ?

He's not. Reverse the roles.

... and there you have it from someone whose son plays for the club.

I'm surprised it hasn't leaked out more

Still sounds like Leonard is in the wrong to me.

A bit odd to say a player who the manager doesn’t deem worthy of a starting spot should nevertheless be picked. A situation that happens every week at every club in the land.

If he leaves and goes on to a really good career
at our current level or higher, we can say then the manager is wrong. Personally I don’t think he is.

I feel that the both need to grow up and be professional as we need him in the squad

Thanks and unsurprised.

He was proper fed up when CD bought him off against Derby, no eye contact between the pair, but I can’t believe ML is saying that he won’t play in his locker.
