The only relevant part is:

“We’ve obviously had conversations (with Liverpool) but I’m keeping my head down, working hard and we’ll see what happens.”

And that tells us absolutely nothing.

And that he 'really likes the gaffer' despite not getting as many starts as last season.

So much for nonsense speculations of low morale caused by CD due to lack of squad rotation.

TBF would you expect any player to say publicly that they don't like CD?

No i wouldn't but if they felt unfairly treated would they be as positive?

Probably just not have mentioned him?

Yet we’re expected to believe the opposite, when players say nothing, it’s because of dislike? Koumas didn’t have to give his opinion of the manager at all.

Personally I think this is tittle tattle. Dykes and Leonard might understandably think they should be playing more. In the case of the former I’d say definitely not, in the case of the latter, probably not. Maybe they’ll prove us wrong.

The suggestion of playing half fit players is another matter.

Still keeping my fingers crossed he gets recalled personally. I have nothing against him. I just think we can do better.

Not done enough. His decision making is poor.
Need to aim higher ….. someone with more experience and who contributes assists and creates opportunities for a few more efforts on target. Might sound harsh but his performances haven’t matched the ambitions which Knighthead have talked about.
The tall chimneys from a distance will be akin to the spikes or rays of a King’s crown …..it’s a sign …..very prophetic.
Now the doubters know we’re fekkin coming !!!

Doubt anyone will lose sleep if they agree to take him back this month.

Shame there is noone in the U21's that is deemed good enough to fill the space.
the odds are against us, and the situation is grim

He has the physical attributes but his final ball is poor.

He just seem to have no awareness of what is happening around him - the technical part of the final ball is often good from him... it just often relies on players being in places where they just aren't. Like fizzing the ball along the edge of the 6 yard box, when all our players are 10 yards deeper and need a cut back.

He really does try but he's chronically thick, it really annoys me when we have a box full of players and he's trying to take the man on instead of just creating a yard and swinging it in, he hasn't seemed to grasp yet that you don't need to go past the defender to cross the ball. He also day dreams far too often out of possession, he's not lazy, he just switches off.

Just not Championship level sadly.

His loan recall option ends on Thursday so we will see what happens

He’s quite prone to fouling when he does lose it in these situations which is frustrating as it gives the opposition a breather and loses us a bit of momentum
