Why do they disappear from the Apple wallet ?
Tonight’s tickets are listed on e-ticketing with options to send to a friend or list for sale but no option to send them to the wallet ?

It’s a mystery how they randomly disappear and then reappear.

Only happens on Apple stuff as far as I know...

Look in expired passes in your wallet, look for ST and click "undo"

Not sure mate but on android I wish the notifications would calm the eff down. I'm getting 10 a day.

Do you ever see an actual message when you click the notification?

3 times this has happened to me this season so now I check on the way up to the ground and if it’s not there I go to the ticket office

There’s actually a section on what to do if your ticket isn’t showing your Apple wallet on the game preview email the club send round so clearly affecting a lot of people.

I’ve just checked mine for tonight and it says it’s for the WBA game FFS

A combination of your suggestion and phone off / reboot has done the trick ….prior to that it simply showed the expired WBA tickets.
FFS Blues and Ticketmaster sort the glitch !!

I’d be happy with 10 notifications on iPhone .

Go into the three dots in the top right of the ticket. Go to pass details, click automatic updates off then on again and it'll update it.

I had to do that myself this morning as I had the same issue. All sorted now.

I had to do that myself this morning as I had the same issue. All sorted now.

Cheers I phoned the ticket office when I realised and he walked me through it. Said he’s already had to do it 10 times this morning with people
