There has to be two school's of thought. A) we keep buying players who are poor value for money B) The manager is not getting enough out of them - whether that is tactics, motivation, fitness, general coaching.
We have shipped out so many already under Davies that Knighthood have had to take a loss on - BPF, Sampsted, Willum, Leonard, Dykes, TGH, Wright, Yokoyama, Hansson. Only May was recycled well in the fact him contributed to our promotion and we got back close to what we paid for him and Keshi who was a free anyway.
Yes we can replace our curret loanees or short term signings like Panzo none of whom look likely to stay on, I include Solis in this. But I don't think we will find it easy to shift out many of our current squad again without taking a hit. So I don't reckon we will have much to spend next year.
So when I see us going nowhere this season I consistently hope that it is the manager rather than the players because that is a far easier fix.
