Looked totally lost for words his mannerisms didn't look good and he is certainly feeling the pressure.

I wouldn't really expect anything else.

1. Because he couldn't see what the problem was in game.
2. If he had then he couldn't fix it.

For me, they pressed in waves, and had more energy for it and we couldn't play out from the back. They rightly targeted BOS knowing he'll either be MIA or forced to defend properly. Decent plan. Plan b was going long, and we were incapable of winning seconds let alone anything else.

They were fitter, better, more confident.

Sometimes you gotta take one. Or two. Stick together and move on.

If you've watched us this season, you couldn't fail to note that our right side has been a weak point, and many a LW or LWB has had acres of space down our right... there manager played a back five and utilised wingbacks to get in behind BOS. It worked on multiple occasions.

They had 3 shots on target all game, apart from a calamitous 20 minute spell in the first half, we were the better team. what's he expected to do with that defending?

Absolutely mental you could think we were the better team. Other than the goal our only shots of note were Doyle and Ducksch shots from outside the box.

We set up really naively defensively once again and that lies with Davies.

We were not the better team by any stretch.

I know people go overboard when we are poor, but even Chemical Ali wouldnt have the bollocks to say we were the better team when we've been done 3-1 at home and their keeper only had to make a couple of saves.

I think he needs help. It's OK being head analyser and team strategizer and so on in League 1, but for where we want to go, we surely need a much bigger team in there to share the load. A senior head to help with ideas and so on. And a Chris Davies to be his Chris Davies.

He really does need some more experience around him.

Ben Petty and Jonathan Grounds don't scream world class do they.

Said this after the game when he got himself sent off whilst the rest of his staff were sat on the bench watching him.

Isn't it his job to build his team though?

Yep, I remember not long ago on here people suggesting the club bring in an experienced head to help him and the replies were he would leave if that happened.

I noticed he managed to slip in the 'fine margins' phrase while talking about how the game was over at 3-1 (IE a wide margin). Is it some kind of bingo game he's playing with his mates, where he has to slip it into every interview even when it's totally out of context?

In other ex-manager news - Wayne's in the doghouse again for going on the lash and being papped with some scantily-clad dusky young nubile maidens. Coleen is 'fuming' and not wearing her wedding ring in public.
