I said after the milwall game if we lost against Boro the play offs were done & it’s looking that way.

I think it’s a tall order now & unfortunatley i’m at the end of my tether with Davis so i’d just like to get an idea of how many still back him. Do you think he should get another season? Can you see us improving? Would giving him another pre season only hamper us? Should we make a clean break & get someone in as early as possible?

So my question is answer in one word Davis in or out?

I’ll start…. Out

In, for now

9 days ago everything was rosy. We've since lost to 2nd and 3rd in the league.

The next set of 4-5 of games will decide his future imo. We could easily win 3 or 4

My instinct isnt to question the manager after losing to a side who are clearly better than us and so far this season all but one other team

Lets see where we finish at the end of the season and how we see it out

A week ago we were getting promoted

No point doing anything until the summer at any rate. Let's see what he can do between now and the end of the season. (I want to see some adaptation.)

Inish, Outish.

Sadly I have to say out. He's not flexible enough. When we're struggling he can't change it

In. Just about

My big question is does he know how to get the best out of his players?

He has a wide variety of different profiles to start and to bring on. Yet all too often the whole team seems to have an off day and not be at the races. My only conclusion is that the tactics we deploy aren’t working.

Even when we lose and play badly with the quality we have we should be dangerous and worry teams all to often we are just a whole heap of nothingness. It’s not a one off over two seasons that’s my huge red flag with him.
