I think he may learn in time. but at the moment, we should be doing better with the squad we have. I feel that better managers could get more out of it.

I don't think our owners have the patience to wait around for CD to grow into a top manager.

I'd give him two more games and see if there is any improvement - then I would put serious consideration into a replacement.

I like CD and will be forever grateful for giving me one of my best Blues seasons. Maybe that will give him to the end of the year regardless.

If we officially can't get in the playoffs with half a dozen to go, I could well see KH bringing someone in with a view to evaluating who is underachieving ready for next season. They'll have someone lined up, as they've shown before.

I just don’t think he can get the most out of the talent we have in the squad, either that or I am vastly over estimating the quality he has at his disposal.

I have no issue finishing around 10th and setting us up for next year, if there is a prospect of him being able to morph us into a cohesive team. It still feels very disjointed and one dimensional for me for the majority of the time.

The thing with good managers is you have a sense when things arent going well that we're still doing the right things and it will come.... you see certain signs.

Im not sure we are sometimes. I feel like we fall to the same mistakes but stick to the same plan. Instead we see signs of a team who have been drilled a certain way. And if it works great, if not carry on anyway.

And when we do something good, (leeds @ home) we rip it up as a one-off experiment.

I think they’ll give him until October.

Why and waste another transfer window and quarter of the season with him.

Out .....had enough time, backed twice and hasnt learnt from his mistakes

To stubborn to change his in effective davies ball, that restricts the attacking players we have.

Personell better set up fir 433 than 4231 beens as we dont have a natural number 10, but never been tried once. Would benefit the midfield massively especially away from home.

We wer getting constantly done down the left tonight (2 goals might prompt u to change it) done nothing and sticked with how he set up. His naive with tactics and non existent in Game managment.

Anyone who wanta another season of this is barmy with ambitions and pkayers we now have. This isnt sticking ot twisting whether another manager can keep us up, its about taking us to the next level as a contender and he cant as proven.

Charlton will have watch the last 2 games so expect another team to bully us off the park on sat while we knock it round the back 4 and 2 cms.
