The way we still insisted on playing out in that first half despite the problems it was causing us was embarrassing, proper Russell Martin stuff.

The thing with good managers is you have a sense when things arent going well that we're still doing the right things and it will come.... you see certain signs.

Im not sure we are sometimes. I feel like we fall to the same mistakes but stick to the same plan. Instead we see signs of a team who have been drilled a certain way. And if it works great, if not carry on anyway.

And when we do something good, (leeds @ home) we rip it up as a one-off experiment.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spot on.

This encapsulates everything i think.

It's because we had no out ball. No target man to hit, and no express pace out wide with Vicente and Osman sat on the bench

Tactical problem, and on Davies imo

This is a huge issue

No CF

Nobody to hold it up

Been saying it for years,

Strelec and Conway are both showing on Google as 6"1"

Hardly giants, and they don't seem to have the same problems. I'd hardly describe either of them as big, or physical.

Charlton will do exactly the same thing on Saturday. Same as they did at the Valley when they beat us last season. Hopefully Davies isn't too stubborn to try to play the same way

Even if we did they would of had to been sitting in row 8 of the kop to get on The end of Beadles kicks 😂😂😂😂

Yeah we're getting bullied at Charlton and losing to a couple of set piece goals, Dykes would be the icing on the cake

If we officially can't get in the playoffs with half a dozen to go, I could well see KH bringing someone in with a view to evaluating who is underachieving ready for next season. They'll have someone lined up, as they've shown before.

Said this to my lad on the way home. Wouldnt be surprised if he goes during the international break, as the play offs will likely be gone by then.

Millwall and Boro both played like promotion contenders, what worries me is Davies was taught a lesson by both there managers and had no plan B C or D, did he not think Boro playing with 5 at the back was to find a weakness, it seems they did there homework .

Out . Cant remember last time we went behind and won. We go 1 goal down and that's it we know whats coming. Pay what ever it takes and get alex neil love how his team playsbfor him.
Keep right on doubting us, and we’ll keep right on moving forward.

Why on earth would he leave Millwall?
They may well be in the Prem in 3-4 months.
