When it says nobody was consulted, hasn't that been the plan for getting on for a year. I read about it on here at least six months ago.

I don't mind it.

Sometimes good to have time off from it, and non-league clubs will massively benefit.

No as it compresses the two two weeks into three weeks in the Autumn I think.

Yeah that's correct, I think I prefer having a bigger break with 2 weekends in a row off than the stop start of a break at the beginning of September and then another one in October

Easter isn't the end of the world as it's a good time to go away without using much annual leave

yea its been longer than that, FM24 seemed to know it was coming in next season and that was released in Nov23

The Easter one I imagine is because world football doesn't revolve around the UK. It's obviously shit for us but Easter moves each year and it's not a big footballing weekend anywhere else so it will just be down to that being the calendar week it is.

it'll please all the mouth breathers who were claiming that breaking the fast for ramadan ruined the game, easter is now so special we dont even play football on it.

OR....
