I feel sad not about the performance or losing cos that's nothing new but our fans booing and the toxicity towards Beadle in particular.

I love the fact that in my 7th decade I can see my team rise up to the top of English football in a stadium that throws a shadow over our neighbours. Given that part of their raison d'etre was in supporting 'the big club' of the area, our supplanting of them is very enjoyable.

But... I didn't start supporting Blues because we were winners. I like the underdog scruffiness of us. This new team in our shiny new stadium will lose something for me. It's a price worth paying, but part of me will always miss the Jeff Hall memorial clock.

The current clock? Or the original scoreboard and clock?
We could always put up a replica of the original at the new ground. Probably have it filled in electronically not by a bloke climbing up a ladder these days,
