Would anyone welcome him? Proven at championship level and might be a coincidence, but was out in Birmingham yesterday.
We wouldn’t be playing one touch exciting football but he’d certainly not except the level of performance we witnessed on Saturday.

Well he has done the hard yards in the Championship.
Blue since 67 - Will be there at the end of the road, whenever that may be!

In all honesty, would probably be a coup for us. He's better than Parker, OGS, Russell Martin etc. Seeing as I can't see us going for a coach that has never managed in England before he would probably be the pick of the bunch? I wouldn't mind Steve Cooper but he's currently at Brondby. Ange would probably get Kyogo scoring but he seems damaged goods atm.

Apparently at Forest, he banned woollen hats, snoods and gloves in training. Would be interesting to see how that went down at Blues.

Sacked at Forest, sacked at Everton, sacked at Burnley

His dinosaur football and “old school” bollocks attitudes are relics of the past. Not a chance we look at him

Depends how desperate the club are to get promoted, would they sacrifice style of football for results?

Sacked at Forest can be chalked off that list - basket case of a club.

The ‘dinosaur’ trope is lazy - he also plays up to it himself to keep people guessing. If you think a manager can be at premier league clubs and not embrace data, you will be mistaken.

Dyche could be in Redditch for numerous reasons, may have even been interviewed, doesnt necessarily mean he will get the gig. At the moment, nobody knows anything and if you think back to when Davies was interviewed and then offered, it was completely close shop as well.
Undoubtedly something will be discussed and potentially happening, but the club wont give much away if at all. Just like last time, which is the right way if anything.

If he turned down the Spurs job not long ago because they only offered him until the end of the season, I'm not sure a drop to the Championship is in his plans.

Well this is it really isnt it. I cant see this one myself, personally. Not sure he would want a short term deal. I cant see him being a long term choice either with respect to what we know about his style and what our goals are. Time will tell. The international break gives them a bit of time to figure out whats best.

No. It went downhill at Everton and was very poor at Forest. Based on what KH have said, it would have to be a major u-turn for them to appoint someone like Dyche. It would also mean ripping up the squad and having an entirely new footballing philosophy from the recruitment team.

We don't need to 180, we just need some adaptation.

I want us to get someone progressive that can grow with us. I, like many others, hoped it would be Davies but he's struggled to develop.

I've heard this claim made about Forest and their owner a few times the past few days. This is the owner that took them from Championship relegation candidates to European football within four seasons. They look likely to survive again, so probably more PL football for them next season.

If they are a basket case, what are we?

Not sure how much that claim stacks up. Supposedly Dyche pissed a lot of people off, players Included, in a very short space of time.
