Criminal waste of an excellent Championship level Centre Back

He's getting stronger on the physical side and I've rarely seen a bloke of his size with such pace.

Pace is a commodity that you can't teach, it's genetic.

We got him for a small sum. He's got to start with Klarer every week. I see no issues between them and no reason why they can't compliment each other in a second season.

He's not perfect but him and Klarer are by far our best partnership.

Am I right in that in the second half we went three at the back with him as the right sided one?

He looked very good there.

He also looks a lot better when we’re not obsessed with him or Klarer having to be our playmaker.

He clearly defends well, recovery pace is excellent and with 50/50 duels he’s getting more and more suited to the physicality.

Save the centre half improvement money and use it to fund a proper 6 and a creative 10.

Thought he had a good game. He should have taken the centre forward off of BOS for the first goal however. He was standing marking no one which allowed someone to get behind BOS (who was on their striker)

He’s good, but he lacks awareness of what’s going on around him imo

Another reason why they have to look at Davies its a disgrace that this team hasnt been picked before got the ball forward to a proper C/F stansfield got round him and looked a player again .We have defanetly missed a chance this season Davies has been to stubborn and wouldnt change his posession based system such a shame.

We could stop being absolute possession nonces and play him on the left of Klarer, then focus on letting them defend and giving the ball to our good footballers in midfield.

That probably makes me a dinosaur, but give me a defender over someone who can pass with their left foot but can't tackle, mark or head, like Panzo.

Yep we have wasted the entire season trying to find a partner for Klarer which has cost us so many points while the best option has been with the club since last summer
