They are another Brighton / Brentford in the respect that they have very set ways of doing everything and have essentially just outthought their competition. Are you watching and learning Craig? (course he isn't).

Obviously the challenge is much bigger for them next season but TV money will double their turnover. I wouldn't right them off completely.

Good article about them here:

https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7167961/2026/04/06/lincoln-city-padres-donovan-championship-promotion/

I can see skubala being snatched preseason so hope they got a replacement lined up. my prediction see stoke poaching him.

According to the article it wouldn't make too much difference in theory - he's a relatively small part of their success.

Which also means stoke or whoever are taking a risk i.e. he may not do so well outside their system.

From what i have seen they have done this with next to no possession all season long.

People wont like it but that puts him at an instant disadvantage when bigger clubs are looking for a new manager but on the flip side it should help them be prepared for next season.

Top of the league and likely Champions.

Bottom of the league for possession. Unlikely he’ll be on the KH radar.

As brilliant as 111 was, Lincoln can justifiably argue that what they've done is a bigger achievement.

What is this obsession with doing down our own achievements? I see some saying if they get to 105 points blah blah blah. They won’t and who cares if they do?

Who did that? not me.

Yes you did. You are constantly belittling and demeaning everything we have achieved. Which is odd for a tellyclapper
