Not sure if true but the amount of away games we’ve been behind early it might be true. But it’s pretty shit if true
Alive. Early starter. Enricher of lives

I can believe it, based purely on how we don’t score first away from home in particular and had a mid season habit of conceding sloppy early goals.

Same here. There was a run of a few away games where we’d concede in the first 20 and then not score at all.

It kinda feels like that season tbh

Watching with our eyes we can see Davies has really underperformed but some of these stats are damning for somebody backed so heavily.

Saw something somewhere that mentioned teams always restrict usto fewer chances the second time they play us. Dunno if it’s true, and it may be typical of most teams but I don’t like it

I think it shows we're very predictable.

With some of these stats condensing feeling into facts I just can't get past Davies' underperformance.

Surely he's a goner. He's not the only change needed though.

Can fully believe it. We’ve conceded early quite frequently. Had extremely high hopes for this season but it’s been very disappointing

First league defeat last season was Charlton - not long after we’d beaten them in the League Cup.

Vertu Trophy final sticks out too

I think it's an interesting stat but a mental one to try to apply to last year. Genuinely mental. Teams lose games, we won 18 of our last 23 in the league - phenomenal stuff that frankly would prove the opposite to your point if you want to analyse everything. Of course teams learn from previous encounters though, that's what they are meant to do yet I think we did the double over 13 teams which you would imagine is up with amongst the highest ever and we dropped more points the first time we played teams.

Picking isolated incidents is just daft when trying to build a case, no manager will ever have a chance if peoole are going to cherry pick. There's a lot you can put your hat on for why he should go but not with bent statistics.

I asked AI to assist…(yes, I know, no need for the clever people to point out ai flaws with tired cliches)

Amongst all the verbiage there was this….

Headline numbers (sample of completed pairs)

From the available completed double fixtures:
   •   Pairs analysed: 7
   •   First meetings:
      •   Points per game: 1.43
      •   Record: 3W – 1D – 3L
   •   Second meetings:
      •   Points per game: 1.57
      •   Record: 3W – 2D – 2L

So we do slightly better on second meetings. Dunno if it is the full picture.

It’s deffo not the full picture. We’re 41 games in we’ve definitely paired more than 7
