We need to go out there and find someone with experience at a higher level whether that’s Prem, top 5 European league or extensive Championship experience.

Gardner did a decent job in tough circumstances (when he first had the job) but he was always a convenience hire.

To move forward, we need someone with the know how and technical knowledge to drive the club forward but on a personal level be a step up from Gardner.

I get there's a balance to be had but I'd have thought bonuses for youth breaking in to the first team is something all clubs have for their academy staff?

We've had plenty of moaning about youth not being given a chance in meaningless games (and in some cases actual important ones too), now we're criticising when we've done just that in the past?

If KH are looking to hire world class, he is. World class costs serious money, they need to pay the rate.

Although they were happy with Dale, who I’m not convinced is ‘world class’.

There's the bonuses and there's playing multiple kids that weren't ready to trigger that bonus- when Spooner and Gardner were caretakers.
