I see your point, I'm just not sure we're in a position to be taking punts at the price mentioned (I keep seeing 10m)

He's genuinely no more likely to get us promoted next season than many other keepers we could no doubt get for 5 or less.

I keep hearing people saying we could get better keepers than Beadle. Out of interest can you give five examples of realistic targets?

There's 6, and that's just looking at Premier league keepers. I'm sure our million pound a year leccy bill can get us some other names from across Europe too

I would certainly question at least three on that list as not being an improvement.

I would accept two of those as options but would question the others.

Got a hunch he’s coming back. Nothing more than. He did impress me second half of the season and if we have a purchase option I’m happy with it. Fantastic shot stopper. Kicking can be worked on.
