The email has come to me mate. My lad purchased a match pass for Fridays friendly for £4.99.
I’ve linked you the page for the audio pass and it must’ve still been signed into my account and it’s allowed you to open it, whilst still signed into my account, which seems poor to me. So you’ve paid and it’s registered me as having a years audio pass.

I’ve spoken to Jimmy/Harvey Andrews and come wind, rain, sleet or snow will phone Blues tomorrow and get this rectified for him. I feel terrible for him. But it was a pleasure to speak to the legend but not in the circumstances I hoped

Update if Jimmysinger is reading. I’ve phoned Blues but they say a private company deals with payments and subscription so I’ve just emailed them and asked them to phone me. As I’ve only got a landline number for you, I’ll update on here until I phone you later this afternoon

Not a Knock at you pal but a lesson for all going forward is to NEVER open up a sent link.
They can be corrupted and embedded with trojans, spyware etc and you won’t know that they are collecting information that can be used for gain.

Personally im very disappointed with that response you got.
I know you will escalate the unprofessional and inept service.

If you fail to get any joy then advise them and carry out a complaint report to the ICO ( Information commissioners office )
