My only thought is that he's been at a basket-case club and nobody performs at their best in those circs.

A move to a club going places would maybe give him a new lease of life. He's clearly got quality about him from what I've seen and possibly more importantly he's got bags of experience which is what gets you over the line in the Championship.

The Hull Owner has put up his updated transfers list. 18 players on it - only one English player on it and that's apparently at '30%' done. If that is Gelhardt they don't appear close. Unless he's lying of course.

It could be the Everton midfielder Tim Iroegbunam

With transfers and rumours, things can change quickly. I'm sure it'll be the Everton lad but they could after Gelhardt later on in the window

Not if he’s sat at Epic being asked how excited he is to be here.

It's weird with players like Choudhury that they go so far under the radar that you barely hear anything about them. He's going to be 29 in October. I thought he was still in his early 20's.

Dont know much about him tbh but reading a few of the forums it doesnt sound like the type we need although can play RB.

He's played 130 minutes in the league this year and made 1 tackle. Yes, he won it but the problem with Hamza isn't his ability to win challenges it's his ability to get close enough to even make a challenge.

His reading of the game is absolutely dreadful, which leads to him always reacting and chasing the game. That's why at this level, he just can't cut it. He doesn't have the football intelligence to be a PL DM.

He’s OK. He seems like a nice lad and he does a solid job of breaking up play but he is no where near progressive enough on the ball to ever excel in a promotion chasing team, which is what we need to aim to be.

Sounds like Choudhury is signing / or close to signing for a team in Azerbaijan

What a rabbit warren of a thread? 16 pages and counting

I do love transfer season but wasted so much time yesterday checking for developments that I should ask my wife to hide my phone today

Was there even a medical yesterday?
