Came up in conversation a couple of years with a friend who reads but doesn’t post here. I forget what it was now but I denied being a user as he’d mentioned something stupid I’d posted

How would anyone ever meet in real life if it was never mentioned off here?
I was talking to a Blues fan who I thought I’d had exchanges with on here, about here, a rare forum for Blues fans. Turned out it wasn’t the same chap but someone who does read the place
As for the disbelieving bit, I honestly dunno what to say or what people are on about.
Some replies are just weird.
Oh well

For anyone still in doubt it definitely happened, i was sat on the same row a few seats away.
I didn’t know who Rab was by sight until I saw this on here but do now. Well done Rab, it was kind of you to offer the exchange of seats to someone who must have been struggling with stairs let alone then having to stand for 2 hours.

I was making it apparent I do.

SHA never comes up in a conversation when I meet people that’s all, so I was amazed it did when you helped the bloke out

My reply was to your post but not aimed at you for clarity.
I just explained a couple of times why SHA came up in conversation

Also I put a thread up on Saturday to highlight the fella’s son’s generosity in offering to buy me a few beers, rather than blowing smoke up my own arse.
But that’s been completely lost thanks to some people’s bitterness for reasons only they know

Fair play, I wasn’t on much the weekend so didn’t see the other stuff

In my experience most (Blues) fans are decent and kind people for the most part.

It's good to have that confirmed sometimes.
