Not sure if you have sold your allocation for Saturday, the Swans gave you 1,887 we can confirm. The game hasn’t captured the interest at all in Swansea but like yourselves we have a fan base all over the UK. Thinking the timing of the league cup hasn’t helped plus there will be a walk up. Thing is it is a great money maker. The Swans pulled in over 1.3M in revenue for last seasons home game v Manchester City. TV, tickets, hospitality etc and half that when Nottingham Forest were knocked out.

We’ve signed some real talent this summer so there are high expectations. Andre Almeida a Portuguese midfielder allegedly incoming today. Check out Elijah Just, Joseph Opoku and Moussa Yeo all will do well this season. Plenty have left who simply were not good enough for a proper Championship campaign. Personally we thing Vitor Matos has the strongest squad since relegation from the Premier League.

Like the look of your keeper and centre back, Solis. All depends now on how the managers of both sides see this game,
