I'm trying to purchase tickets for the wolves game, 3 adult, 2 junior but when I try to complete the purchase it say there's an error in the order,

"Unfortunately, you are trying to purchase tickets for an age restricted price class. Please ensure the Date of Birth is set for each assigned client or select another price class."

So Ive booked tickets for the junior accounts before with no issues, if I select them as adult it will let me proceed but they are both junior??

Any ideas?

Are you assigning the correct client references?

Silly question but you sure the two juniors are under 16? Any birthdays recently?

Otherwise I think it will need a call to resolve.

Yes, double checked everything, I'll ring the ticket office today.

Ticket office have said its because the 2 junior accounts don't have a purchase history, which they do! Apparently for this game you need to have this but because the system says no we can't purchase tickets.
Also this is bollox because as explained if they are selected as adult tickets instead of junior it will let me proceed to payment.
Almost as if they're trying to sell as many tickets without concession as they can 🤔. So I either have to pay full price or not go....

Pay the extra money so we can get Gelhardt
