No such option on Android that I can see. Interestingly still shows Bristol game. Could be fun tomorrow

I think there were times last season when it didnt update the next fixture and it didnt matter, not sure if anyone on android has had it update yet?

I’ve had to do this. Hadn’t been an update since July 23 despite updates being switched on.

Yeah you have to star that email. But you would be able to get it resent by the club

The workarounds on android especially are a bit of a pain. I'm in an OSC leaders whatsapp group where the advice from senior leaders (you'll know who, he's mentioned on here a lot!) is 'stop worrying, it'll work if it says Bristol city' and ''jeez nobody from the club will reply on a Sunday'...

Kind of misses the point doesn't it. Lots of OSCs reporting members having trouble because season tickets aren't updating. I'm sure it will work, but in the new world of attendance monitoring and possible sanctions, I'd hate to see problems later because it 'looks like' people only went to the Bristol City game.

It might be a Ticketmaster thing, but it's in Blues name. We're attacking the wrong end of the problem with the workarounds. And manually removing and re-adding constantly will look dodgy to somebody somewhere on an AI generated spreadsheet linked to turnstiles

It's piss poor.
This updating should be automatic and bullet-proof.

It's funny that pre-season I was getting multiple updates almost every day, and now I've had to take out and reinstall to the wallet. I have not amended the update status in that time.

Yep. If theyre going to make a big thing of encouraging people to use ticket exchange, it needs to be crystal clear. Showing an old game is very poor, regardless of whether it would still get me into the ground on Tuesday.
